The machine is suitable for filling ointments, creams, gels and similar products in to suppositories, ovules, tubes, capsules, cans, bottles. Spool of chain of supo-capsules is placed on the input disk of filling machine. Chain with supo-capsules are unwound from the spool and introduce in filling station where also the weight of the filling comes. The filling unit consists of one nozzle for filling with micrometer adjustment from 0.5 to 3.5 cm³. The mass for filing is supplied from hopper ( tank with double walls and tapered bottom). Hopper is heated by hot water which are circulation between the walls. Hopper is equipped with a variable speed rotation mixer.
GP6 – Suppositories filling machine

Water heating from 30º C to 85º C with temperature tolerance ±0,5º C. The circulation pump is connected to the boiler, forcing heated water from the boiler through double walls of the product pump , and after that through the double walls of the stainless hoper containing melted mixture.
