The machine is suitable for filling precise quantities of ointments, creams, emulsions and similar products into tubes, cans, bottles etc. The standard dosing range is 10 to 200 ml (0,8 to 30ml). All parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel and their sterilization is possible within a short time. Machine has heated hoper with the product stirrer. Hopper volume is 6l. Filling and dosing is obtained by the piston pump. The pump drive can be manual, pneumatic or electrical.
Max. output is 800 fills/hour.
